Chancellor Nathan R. Freak is the seventh chancellor of the University of San Andreas, Los Santos.
Before joining USALS, Dr. Freak served as President of the University of Vice from 2012 to 2018, where he played a key role in expanding academic programs, promoting diversity and inclusion, and improving student outcomes. His leadership helped shape the university into a world-renowned educational facility.
Throughout his career, he has been a dedicated educator and researcher, serving on faculty at universities across the United States and Canada. His work in public policy, business strategy, and higher education leadership has earned him a strong reputation among peers and students alike.
Dr. Freak holds a joint Ph.D. in Public Affairs and Business Administration from Vespucci University, where his research focused on institutional governance and economic policy. His academic and professional experience drives his vision for USALS as a place where students, faculty, and the broader community can thrive.
Under his leadership, USALS is entering an exciting new chapter—one that emphasizes innovation, inclusivity, and real-world impact.
