The USALS College of Letters and Science (or simply USALS College) is the arts and sciences college of the University of San Andreas, Los Santos (USALS). It's also simply known as "The College".

The College’s four academic divisions — Humanities, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences and Social Sciences — span traditional and emerging disciplines in the liberal arts and sciences. A fifth division, Undergraduate Education, serves as the campus driver of excellence and innovation in the undergraduate experience. Taught by world-renowned faculty, the College’s undergraduate and graduate students go on to become business, government, community and academic leaders of San Andreas and the world.

The USALS School of the Arts and Architecture (USALS Arts) is a leading institution dedicated to interdisciplinary education, research, and innovation in the arts, design, and architecture.

USALS School of Applied Law is a world-renowned criminal justice school, being reintroduced to USALS' family of educational units in 2016 after it was dissolved back in 1969. The School of Applied Law is focused on practical legal education, particularly in the field of criminal justice.
