Designed as a “college in a garden,” the Richman campus of the University of San Andreas, Los Santos (USALS) sprawls across the foothills north of Los Santos and down into the basin below. You might wonder if every building, bench, and path has a story to tell. Chances are, they do.
Stand where Martin Luther King Jr. gave his “Segregation Must Die” speech at the base of Janss Steps during his historic visit to San Andreas. Marvel at the red-brick Romanesque Revival architecture of Powell Library, where generations of writers and thinkers shaped the cultural voice of the state. Stroll past 16 different recreation centers, playgrounds for Olympic medalists and mere mortals alike. And don’t forget to stop for a selfie at the campus research hub, often credited as the birthplace of the San Andreas internet.
